Sharat Ganapati is an Assistant Professor of International Economics at Georgetown University. His main research interests lie at the intersection of international trade and industrial organization. His research studies how changes in economic policy or technology can shift geographic patterns of production, alter market behavior, and create superstars. Prior to joining Georgetown, Sharat received degrees from Yale University (Ph.D.) and the University of Chicago (AB and SB).
