Simone Cremaschi

Simone Cremaschi is a postdoctoral research fellow at Dondena Centre, Bocconi University. His research focuses on the origins, workings, and consequences of socio-political exclusion. He applies multiple research methods, often involving design-based causal inference and ethnographic fieldwork, to the study of topics such as immigrant exploitation, far-right support, and the transmission of political legacies. He received his Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute winning the 2021 IMISCOE Maria Baganha Award for the best dissertation on immigration, integration and social cohesion in Europe.
