Snizhana Leu-Severynenko

Snizhana Leu-Severynenko, PhD, has 16 years of experience in the coordination and management of projects and activities of EU and US donor organisations and more than 10 years of experience in teaching from primary to higher levels of education. Currently, Mrs. Leu-Severynenko is a Senior Workforce Development Manager of the USAID Economic Resilience Activity (ERA) and collaborates with ERA partner universities to meet the needs and challenges that educational institutions are facing in the field of workforce development and the provision of better skills services. Her areas of research activity cover vocational education and training, work-based learning, comparative pedagogics, and the standardisation of education.
