Solveig K. Erlandsen

Special Adviser at Norges Bank

Solveig K. Erlandsen is a Special Adviser in the Monetary Policy Department of Norges Bank (the central bank of Norway), where she has a key responsibility for shaping the bank’s approach to climate change and monetary policy. She has been actively involved in the Network for Greening the Financial System’s monetary policy workstream for several years, and since 2022, she has co-led one of its subgroups. In her previous roles at Norges Bank, Solveig worked as a Senior Economist, where she analyzed the Norwegian economy and conducted research, particularly focusing on historical house prices in Norway. Before joining Norges Bank, she served as an Economist at Handelsbanken from 1996 to 1999.
