Sriram Balasubramanian

Sriram Balasubramanian is a Senior Research Officer at the International Monetary FundWashington DC. Prior to joining the IMF, he has worked as an economist at the WBG and other multinational organizations in the private sector. Mr Sriram has made important contributions to international publications on international macro-economic policy, growth and inflation dynamics, inequality and emerging socio-political trends. His key areas of interest include new growth models, international macroeconomics and economic history among others. He is also an author and an alumnus of Columbia University.
