Stefanie J. Huber is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Amsterdam, and a Tinbergen Institute candidate fellow. Before joining the University of Amsterdam, she worked as an economist at the research department of the European Central Bank. She completed her Ph.D. in 2017 in the field of macroeconomics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and graduated that same year from the European Doctoral Program (EDP). Stefanie is also a trained political scientist, specializing in sociology and demography. Her current research focuses primarily on behavioral macroeconomics, housing, and household finance.
