Stefanie Sieber

Economist at The World Bank

Dr Stefanie Sieber is working as an Economist for the World Bank with a specific focus on environmental issues in the East Asia and Pacific Region. She has a Bachelors degree in Modern European Studies from the University College London. Her graduate degrees include a Masters in Global Market Economics and a PhD in Economics, both from the London School of Economics. Her current work covers a range of environmental development challenges in the East Asia and Pacific region, including REDD+, sustainable management of coral reefs as well as integrated landscape management approaches to soil and biodiversity conservation.
