Stefano Schiaffi is an economist at the Bank of Italy, Monetary Analysis Division. His research interests are in the areas of banking and international finance. Stefano holds a PhD in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, a BSc and a MSc in Economic and Social Sciences (summa cum laude) from Bocconi University, as well as a MSc in Economics from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Stefano has been a research intern at the International Monetary Fund (Fund Internship Program, Research Department), at the Bank for International Settlements (Monetary and Economic Department) and at the European Central Bank (DG Economics).
