Stephan Brunow is Professor of Labour Economics at the University of Applied Labour Studies. His research mainly focusses on firm behaviour, productivity, innovation, regional economics, migration and the effects of population decline. He has been a frequent policy advisor to a number Federal Ministries and Federal Agencies in Germany, Austria, Russia, Kazakhstan, and the OSCE, among others. and to members of Unions and Employers Federations.
