Stephanos Vlachos isĀ an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Vienna. His primary research interest is in the political economy of radical movements. He is interested in the short-run and long-run determinants of political preferences and how these translate into observable voting behaviour. He mainly studiesĀ these questions empirically using historical data.
