Théophile Bougna

Théophile Bougna is a PhD candidate and Research Assistant for the Canada Research Chair in Regional Impacts of Globalization at the Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG-UQAM), Canada. He works under the supervision of Professor Kristian Behrens and his main research field is spatial economics (in particular the spatial distribution of economic activity and changes in spatial structure). Théophile holds a Masters in Economics from the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherche sur le Développement International (CERDI, Université de Clermont1 - France) and a BSc in Statistics and Economics from ENSEA (Côte d'Ivoire). He has been Consultant for the World Bank and Statistician at the Cameroon National Office of Statistics.
