Statistician and Econometrician at the Directorate of Employment Labour and Social Affairs at Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD)

Thomas Manfredi is a Statistician and Econometrician at the Directorate of Employment Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. He obtained his Master in Economics at Università Cattolica of Milan after which he firstly joined the OECD at the Statistics Directorate. His research interests are in labour economics, including issues such as youth school-to-work transition, older workers' labour market, human capital accumulation, income inequality and the effects of labour market legislation. He has contributed to many country studies, the OECD Employment Outlook and other working papers for the OECD. He is also an addicted blogger for LinkTank, an Italian economic think-tank, for which he covers a broad range of issues concerning economic empirical analysis.
