Teaching and Research Associate at Wu Vienna University Of Economics And Business

Thomas Alexander Stephens is a Teaching and Research Associate at the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, and a PhD student in the Vienna Centre for Experimental Economics at the University of Vienna. He completed his MSc in economics at the University of Copenhagen in 2010 and his BSc at the University of Aarhus in 2007. He has taught at both universities, and in Copenhagen assisted with the implementation of iLEE, a platform for conducting large-scale internet experiments. His primary research area is behavioural and experimental economics, with a particular focus on internet experiments. His research interests include decision making by boundedly rational individuals and firms, as well as the interplay between social preferences and societal institutions such as welfare states.
