Tim Stolper holds a PhD in economics from the University of Munich. His research focuses on tax havens and offshore tax evasion from a public finance perspective. He has published in the Journal of International Economics. Tim obtained his graduate training from London School of Economics and his undergraduate training from the University of Munich.
