Tobias Ketterer works in the European Commission’s Secretariat General. Previously he worked at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs, where he analysed structural reforms and macro-economic growth in the EU’s Member States. Before joining the European Commission, he worked at the London School of Economics (Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment), the University of Nottingham, and as a consultant for the World Bank.
He holds a PhD in international economics from the University of Nottingham, an M.A. from the College of Europe in Bruges, and German- French double degree in Economics from the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and from Paris Dauphine (France).
