Tobias Kruse is an economist at the OECD’s Economics Department, where his research focuses on the evaluation of climate change policies with the aim to help countries transition to a low-carbon economy.
Tobias is an empirical micro-economist, specialising in environmental and climate change mitigation policies. In his prior work he investigated the effect of climate change policies on the economic- and financial performance of firms, as well as on firms’ innovation in green technologies.
Tobias holds a PhD and MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
