Tomasz Kozluk, Head of Going for Growth, Economics Department, OECD Tomasz Kozluk heads the Going for Growth workstream at the Economics Department of the OECD. He previously headed the Green Growth work at the department and worked on various empirical analysis of structural, environmental and macro policies. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from EUI Florence, and MA degrees in Economics from Sussex University and Warsaw University.
