Ulf Slopek is Deputy Head of the International and Euro Area Macroeconomic Analysis Division at the DG Economics of the Deutsche Bundesbank, Frankfurt. He obtained a diploma and doctorate degree in economics at the University of Giessen, Germany. Since he joined the Bundesbank in 2004, he has focused on analysing international macroeconomic developments.
