Valentina Bosetti is Full Professor at the Department of Economics, Bocconi University. Between 2020 and 2023 she served as the Chair of the Italian TSO, Terna spa. She is a senior scientist at the EuroMediterranean Center on Climate Change since 2006. She has worked at FEEM as a Climate Change Economics Modeler from 2003 to 2018. In 2014-2015, Professor Bosetti was a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies in Behavioral Sciences, Stanford University. Valentina holds a PhD in Computational Mathematics and Operation Research from the Università Statale of Milan and a Master Degree in Environmental and Resources Economics from University College of London.
