Valerio Serse

Valerio Serse is a PhD student in economics at the Center for Operation Research and Econometrics (CORE), Université catholique de Louvain. He holds a BA from Sapienza University of Rome and a MA from the Université catholique de Louvain. His research focusses on public and health economics. Currently, he is completing his PhD thesis on sin taxes and heterogeneity of market agents.
