Vassilis Tselios is an Assistant Professor of Regional Economics at the Department of Planning and Regional Development of the University of Thessaly. He is an economic geographer (PhD, London School of Economics) and his research centers around the spatial analysis of socioeconomic phenomena. He was a Lecturer in Economic Geography at the University of Southampton, a Research Associate at the Department of Economic Geography of the University of Groningen and a Lecturer in Economic Geography at Newcastle University. Vassilis has also worked for the World Bank as Consultant for the International Trade Department. He is affiliated with the Spatial Economics Research Centre of the London School of Economics.
