Victor Duggan

Consultant with the PREM-Trade Division, East Asia & Pacific region at The World Bank

Victor Duggan is a Consultant with the PREM-Trade Division, East Asia & Pacific region, at the World Bank. He has seven years of public and private sector experience across five continents, with a particular focus on financial sector development and access to finance. Prior to joining the World Bank, he was an Economic Adviser to Joan Burton TD, now Ireland's Minister for Social Protection. Previously, he has held positions with the European Commission and European Investment Fund. He holds an MPA from Columbia University and an M.Econ.Sc. from University College Dublin.
