Vincent Stamer

Vincent Stamer is a researcher focused on international economics at the University of Kiel (CAU) and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at Brown University and holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Munich (LMU). Stamer is currently enrolled in the Quantitative Economics Ph.D. program at the University of Kiel where his research focuses on the interactions between the container ship network and international trade. His consulting projects involve the application of machine learning techniques to make container ship movements useful for forecasting trade flows.
