Wenlan Qian

Wenlan Qian is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at the NUS Business School. She joined NUS in 2008 after obtaining her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Qian's main research interests are real estate, household finance, and investments. Dr. Qian was the recipient of the NBER Household Finance/Sloan Foundation Research Grant in 2013, Real Estate Research Institute Research Grant in 2012, and Investment Management Association of Singapore Research Grant in 2011. Wenlan Qian also won the best paper award in several international conferences. Her work appears in Real Estate Economics and Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
