William Tompson

William Tompson is the Head of Unit for Regional and Rural Development in the Regional Development Policy Division at the OECD. Prior to joining the Division, he worked in the Organisation's Economics Department as Head of Desk for Non-Member Europe. He holds degrees from the Emory University (USA) and the University of Oxford (UK) and he has taught at the University of Texas at San Antonio, the University of Oxford, the University of London and at Sciences Po-Paris.
