Xuepeng Liu, PhD (Maxwell School, Syracuse University, 2006), is a Professor of Economics at Kennesaw State University. He has also held visiting or consulting positions at the WTO, the IMF, and the World Bank. His research interests are international trade and economic development. His work focuses on trade agreements, FDI, tax evasion in international trade, and global value chains. He has published in academic journals such as the American Economic Journal, Review of Economics & Statistics, Journal of International Economics, and Journal of Development Economics. He has also contributed a chapter to Multilateralising Regionalism, Richard Baldwin & Patrick Low (Eds), published by Cambridge University Press.
