Yvan Guillemette is Deputy Head of the Macroeconomic Analysis Division in the OECD Economics Department in Paris (France). His main work area is estimating potential output for the twice-yearly OECD Economic Outlook, as well as constructing long-run macroeconomic and fiscal scenarios that are published every two or three years by the OECD. Prior to joining the OECD, Yvan was Senior Policy Analyst at the C.D. Howe Institute in Toronto (Canada). He holds and M.A. in Economics from Queen's University in Kingston (Canada).
