Zainab Iftikhar is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Bonn. Her areas of research interest are development and growth, demographic economics and international migration. She graduated with a double PhD in Economics from the Université catholique de Louvain and the Universität Bielefeld in April 2018.
Her current research is in the field of macroeconomics, family economics and migration economics. She has published her research in the Journal of Monetary Economics, the Journal of International Economics and the Review of Economic Dynamics.
