Zhuoshi Liu

Zhuoshi Liu is an Economist in the Macro-Financial Analysis Division of the Bank of England, where he provides policy analysis and research on a wide range of issues related to the interaction between the macroeconomy and financial markets. Prior to his current position, Zhuoshi worked as a Financial Economist at Barrie & Hibbert (now part of Moody's Analytics). He received his PhD in Economics from the University of York, and a BSc degree in International Economics and Trade from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research has been published in established academic and industry journals, such as the Journal of Banking and Finance, Manchester School, and Life and Pensions.
