16th Global Trade Alert Report addresses G20 summit issues

The 16th Global Trade Alert Report, published by CEPR and edited by Simon Evenett of the University of St. Gallen, addresses the impact of protectionist measures introduced since the 2008 global crisis – which it calculates is far higher than previously estimated.
Already reported in the Financial Times, the GTA report has major implications for the G20 summit, taking place in Brisbane on November 15-16, which this year addresses global growth , trade resilience and the strengthening of global trade institutions.
