CEPR's latest policy insight "Reconciling risk sharing with market discipline: A constructive approach to euro area reform" provides a fiscal overhaul for the euro area from a consensus of French and German economists.

He describes the efforts as a "roadmap to eurozone reforms" and that "decision makers in all eurozone countries should place this contribution prominently on their policy drawing boards."
