Benoît Cœuré, Member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank, gave a speech at a conference on “Removing the Zero Lower Bound on Interest Rates” on May 18^th. The conference was organised by CEPR , the Brevan Howard Centre for Financial Analysis, Imperial College London and the Swiss National Bank.
