Mondays 4pm CET, bi-weekly: Online Geneva Trade and Development Workshop
>> The GTDW is an established regular trade and development seminar series organized jointly by the Geneva School of Economics and Management of the University of Geneva (GSEM), the Graduate Institute in Geneva (IHEID), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). After twelve years of running as an on-site seminar, the online edition of GTDW is co-organized with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

Mondays 4pm CET, bi-weekly: Gender Economics Seminar Series
>> Jointly organised with Stockholm University and Uppsala University, this is a new CEPR Seminar Series in Gender Economics. The first seminar took place on 21 September with a presentation by Fabrizio Zilibotti (Yale University).

Mondays 6PM CET, monthly: Organizational Economics (CIVOE)
>> The CIVOE seminars series draws together scholars with a keen interest in organizational economics, personnel economics and related subjects during the Covid-19 period. We will evaluate as we go along and see if there is potential to turn this into a more permanent forum. Seminars will be open both for theoretical and empirical approaches to Organizational Economics. The seminars that took place in 2020 have been collated on our YouTube channel.

Tuesdays 2PM CET, monthly: CEPR Advanced Forum for Financial Economics (CAFFE)
>> The CEPR Advanced Forum for Financial Economics (CAFFE) is organized by Laurent Calvet, Kim Peijnenburg, and Raman Uppal. Its objective is to make cutting-edge finance research available to researchers based in Europe and around the world. There will be one seminar each month covering all topics in financial economics. The seminar is open to all participants but special emphasis will be placed on European-based researchers working on novel issues such as the financial implications of Covid-19.

Tuesdays 4pm CET, bi-weekly: Women in Economics: Advancing Research in Economics
>> In June CEPR launched a new virtual seminar series, WE_ARE Women in Economics: Advancing Research in Economics, where junior women present their work and get constructive feedback from their peers and from senior women. Seminars are for one hour bi-weekly, and there is then an optional break-out room for 10-15 minutes to increase the strength of social ties.

Tuesdays 5PM CET, bi-weekly: CEPR-VDEV Webinars
>> CEPR-VDEV Webinars is an online seminar series, featuring invited speakers in the area of Development Economics. It was set up in the spring semester of 2020 as the VDEV webinar and will now continue joint with CEPR during autumn and the new year. It is organized jointly by CEPR, the University of Geneva (UniGe), the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (Barcelona GSE), Paris School of Economics (PSE) and Stockholm School of Economics.

Wednesdays 4PM CET: Industrial Organization (VIOS)
>> The CEPR Virtual IO Seminar (VIOS) provides a short-run alternative to IO seminars cancelled or disrupted due to travel restrictions brought on by the Coronavirus. Our long-run goal, however, is to turn it into a permanent platform for sharing the benefits of regular IO seminars. Seminars will be balanced between theoretical and empirical approaches to IO. Seminars organised in 2020 are available on the VIOS website for two months after each presentation.

Wednesdays, 5pm CET, weekly: International Macro History Online Seminar Series
>> A consortium of 25 universities and institutions in collaboration with CEPR launched the International Macro History Online Seminar (IMHOS). The seminarsran from 23 September to 9 December 2020 and took place online every Wednesday, 5pm CET (11am EDT, 8am PDT). The seminar series will resume in the spring semester 2021.

Fridays, 3pm CET, bi-weekly: Household Finance Seminar Series
>> The CEPR Network on Household Finance launched a new online seminar series on Household Finance in July, which will continue in 2021.
