The conference rooms will be equipped with a laptop and data projector. Please send your slides to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of the conference where possible, so that they can be uploaded in advance.
Wi-Fi will also be available in the conference room. Further details will be provided on the first day.
Participants have been booked into 5 different hotels near the conference venue. Participants will receive individual confirmations indicating which hotel they have been booked into:

The nearest airport to the venue is Zurich Airport which is very well connected to the city centre.
Airport – City Centre
The S-Bahn connects the airport to the City Centre in 20 minutes (line S2)
The SBB travel centre is located below the Airport Center in the Check-in 3 area. The ticket counters are open from 06:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Arriving passengers can purchase tickets from the machines in customs halls 1 and 2. There are also more ticket machines directly next to the SBB travel centre.
Tickets for trains, trams and buses can be purchased at the SBB ticket machines (also located in Arrival 1 and 2), the SBB ticket counters, the Service Center, the switzerlandinfo+ counters or conveniently on the Internet or via smartphone. www.sbb.ch/abos-billette/e-tickets
Hotels to Conference Venues
For the school: participants can reach the BLU building by taking tram 9 or 10 from the University (tram stop ETH/Universitätsspital) to tram stop Seilbahn Rigiblick.
All hotels are within walking distance of the SOF building for the days of the conference. Please see the map for further directions.
Breakfast should be taken at the hotel, though coffee is offered at the beginning of each conference day. Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout each day of the conference.
A drinks reception will take place on Thursday 21st and a conference dinner on Friday 22nd May. Details will be circulated in due course.
A dinner will also be arranged for the school participants on Wednesday 20 May. Further details will be circulated on the day.
