The EH symposium, the annual event of the EH programme, aims to bring together leading researchers in the field. Topics of discussion include but are not limited to economic growth in the very long run, institutions and economic development, the history of the international economy, macroeconomic and financial history. The second CEPR Economic History Symposium took place in Vienna, 25-26 September 2014.
