Living with COVID-19: Four Futures, Five Contexts

The exact trajectory of COVID-19 is very uncertain, but it is likely to span over several years, even in the event of an effective vaccine. The medium and long-term economic and social impacts of the pandemic will differ across countries and societies. The Wellcome Trust brought together a group of scientists and social scientists to explore these longer-term consequences in four science scenarios which are played out in different economic, social and political contexts. In this webinar some of the contributing authors and two discussants examine the findings and their implications.
