Hannes Öhler is a Researcher at the Chair of Development Economics and International Economics at the University of Göttingen. His research interests are in the field of development aid and non-governmental organizations. He holds a Diploma degree from the University of Innsbruck and participated in the Kiel Institute's Advanced Studies Program in International Economic Policy Research.
