ESF Network in
Financial Markets
A workshop of the European Science Foundation Network in Financial
Markets on `International Taxation' took place at the Norwegian School
of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen, on 25/26 September.
The workshop was organized by Colin Mayer (City University
Business School, London, and CEPR) and Cornelius Schilbred
(Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration), with the
financial sponsorship of Norsk Hydro, Conoco and Statoil. The following
