Juraj Briskar is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the London School of Economics (LSE). His research lies at the intersection of Labour Economics and Macroeconomics and mainly focuses on wage inequality, collective bargaining, firm dynamics and on the ways in which they interact. Juraj’s research explores i) the role of firms in driving the growth in earnings inequality, ii) the extent to which different sectors of the economy pay wage premiums iii) the effects of centralisation of collective bargaining and iv) regional disparities in lifetime earnings.
