Khalid ElFayoumi

Khalid ElFayoumi is an economist in the European Department at the IMF. Previously, he was a consultant in the financial stability department of the ECB and a research associate at the DIW Berlin. His research is in the area of Macro-Finance and Bayesian macro-econometrics with an emphasis on disaggregate micro-level data and the role of heterogeneity in aggregate dynamics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Free University of Berlin.
