Laurent Wagner is a senior economist at the Foundation for studies and Research on International Development (FERDI). He has over 15 years’ experience in development research and policies for international organizations. He holds a PhD. in development economics from Université Clermont Auvergne. His contributions on economic vulnerability, vulnerability to climate change, fragility, aid effectiveness, aid allocation, and trade facilitation have appeared in respected peer-reviewed journals and other outlets.
