Maarja Saluste

Maarja Saluste is a Ph.D. Researcher in the Department of Law at the European University Institute (EUI). She holds Master’s degrees from the EUI and from the University of Barcelona, International Economic Law and Policy (IELPO) Programme. She is specialised in international trade law with a current focus on digital trade and data localization. She has also worked on variety of issues linked to regional trade agreements, especially on rules of origin and trade in services in the World Customs Organization and in the European Commission.
