Nadya Malenko is a Professor of Finance at Boston College. She is also a faculty research associate at the NBER, a research member of ECGI, and a research fellow of CEPR. Her research examines shareholder voting, the design of corporate boards, shareholder activism, and the allocation of authority in organizations. Her papers have been published in the Journal of Finance, American Economic Review, Review of Financial Studies, and Journal of Financial Economics.
Professor Malenko received her Ph.D. in Finance from Stanford University. She is an Associate Editor at the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and she serves on the board of directors of the American Finance Association, Western Finance Association, European Finance Association, and Financial Management Association.
