Matteo Aquilina is a Manager in the Chief Economist's Department of the Financial Conduct Authority. In this role he focuses on issues relating to wholesale financial markets. He is the FCA representative on ESMA's Committe of Economic and Markets' Analysis (CEMA). Matteo holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Economics from the University of Rome.
