Tae Kim is an assistant professor of finance at the Mendoza College of Business. She studies empirical corporate finance. She teaches mergers and acquisitions. Kim earned her Ph.D. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign prior to joining the Mendoza College of Business. Born in Korea, she holds a B.A. and an M.A. in economics from Yonsei University.
