Aleksandra Zdzienicka

Economist, IMF Fiscal Affairs Department at International Monetary Fund

Aleksandra Zdzienicka is an economist at the Fiscal Affairs Department of the IMF. She has worked on IMF program, country and regional surveillance cases in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Before joining the Fund, she worked at the Centre d’Etudes Prospectives et d’Information Internationales and the Economic Department of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. She holds a Ph. D. in international economics and finance from the University of Lyon and an M.Sc. in engineering studies from the Silesian University of Technology. Her research covers a range of issues in the area of macroeconomics, international macroeconomics, and public finance.
