Alessandra Fogli is a monetary advisor and assistant director in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Fogli earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Università Bocconi in Milan and received her M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining the Minneapolis Fed, Fogli was an assistant professor at New York University and the University of Minnesota, a visiting professor at EIEF, and an associate professor at Università Bocconi in Milan. Fogli is also a faculty research fellow of the Center for Economic and Policy Research.
