Alessandro Ruggieri is an Assistant Professor at CUNEF Universidad. His research lies in the intersection of macroeconomics, labor economics and development economics. He has a PhD in Economics from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and the Barcelona School of Economics. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham, and served as a consultant for the World Bank, the IADB and for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
