Alexis Maingard

Alexis Maingard is a PhD candidate in the Social and Economic Sciences Department at the Telecommunications Engineering School in Paris, Télécom ParisTech. His research interests include the reform processes in infrastructure, with a special focus in Africa. He participates to international conferences on research for policy guidance such as ACORN-REDECOM (Latin America) and Caret (Africa). Prior to joining Télécom ParisTech, he has worked at Dinar Airlines (Argentine), Motorola, Airbus and Thales Communications. Alexis holds a Bachelor degree on Economics and a Master degree on Economic Intelligence, both from the University of Toulouse. He also holds a Master degree on Integrated Logistics Support from the Aeronautic School, Supaero.
