Aline Mortha

PhD candidate, Graduate School of Economics at Waseda University

Aline Mortha is a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of Economics in Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan). From 2023, she has also been employed as a special research fellow from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. She holds an M.A. in Economics from Waseda University, a B.A. in Economics from Keio University (Tokyo, Japan) and a B.A. in Social Science from Sciences Po (Paris, France). Her area of expertise includes energy economics, climate change policy, environmental economics and applied microeconometrics. She has published in several academic journals including the International Review of Economics & Finance, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Economic Analysis and Policy and the Australasian Journal of Environmental Management.
